There are 5 Promises mentioned in this section. 9:6, 8-11. One command v 7. v9 is the 4th and last OT prophesy in 2 Cor. (9:9 fulfilled; Ps 112:9).
9:10 provide/minister, the (Gk) word here is epichoregeo and choregeo to supply; to aid. Only mentioned here and Gal 3:5; 2 Pet 1-11. God is the one who ministers seed to the sower and bread to the eater. It is God who increases the fruit of righteousness and blesses all sowing and increase. The choregos was the leader of a chorus. It is God who is working all things together for good according to His purpose. In all circumstances one has to trust God, He knows what He is doing. One has to be careful for what is sown, it will bring reaping in return.

1) in a restricted sense, the maritime region of northern Peloponnesus
2) in a broader sense, a Roman province embracing all Greece except Thessaly
The name originally of a narrow strip of territory in Greece, on the north-west of the Peloponnesus. Subsequently it was applied by the Romans to the whole Peloponnesus, now called the Morea, and the south of Greece.
zeal can be used in a positive and negative aspect.
